The Brisbane Girls event are a great for girls of all ages to come and enjoy playing chess with a competitive edge. With two divisions, the event allows both experienced and newer girls the chance to compete against others of a similiar level and have a fun day.

- Registration: 9:30am
- Round 1: 10.00am
Time Control
- 15 minutes + 3 seconds per move
Divisions
- Open: For all rated girls and those trying to get a rating
- Novice: For unrated players only.
*Note, if players finish in the top 3 of a Novice division, they will be moved up next term!*
Prizes
- Trophies in each division for 1st to 3rd
- Additional prizes likely added (rating or age based)
